These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our camping services. By booking or participating in our camping activities, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our official website or authorized agents.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated in our cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 3-6 days of the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.
• In case of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or offer a refund.

4. Rules & Regulations

• Campers must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff.
• No littering; campers must use designated disposal areas.
• No unauthorized fires or cooking outside designated fire pits.
• Alcohol consumption and smoking are permitted only in designated areas.
• Noise levels must be kept to a minimum between 10 PM and 6 AM.
• Pets are allowed only in designated areas and must be leashed at all times.
• Any damage to campsite property must be reported and may be subject to additional charges.

5. Liability & Safety

• Campers participate at their own risk. We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
• Campers must follow all safety protocols, including fire safety and wildlife interaction guidelines.
• We are not liable for natural occurrences such as weather conditions, wildlife encounters, or unforeseen emergencies.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect personal information for booking and safety purposes only.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Amendments

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
